We all know we need to drink water – especially when it is warm. Travelling can get us out of our normal habits and we might not even drink as much as we normally do. If we also have to buy water bottles it makes it even more inconvenient. Luckily there are many great options to not only get easier access to water when we travel, but also good water. What is good water? What alternatives are there? And how much water do we actually need?
Your brain’s brain (the cerebellum) gives you the ability to develop skills focus, stay calm and on top. If you feel overwhelmed, anxious, unfocused and lack performance, you need individual physical exercises to stimulate your skill learning centre and free up space in your working memory. No brain game or mental effort will do that. Question is: how can you reactivate your brain? We have found a key that worked for us.
Two of the most common questions we tend to ask ourselves are;
Who am I?
Where do I come from?
There is a reason why so many of us love to do research about our ancestry. We feel we get closer to knowing who we are through following the history of our family.
When I was a child I remember my dad often talked about the blue blood running in our family veins. I never understood what he meant by that.
This is Susanas chapter in the book Time to Rise by Andrea Pennington. Susanas chapter is called: "Mission Possible".
Sanna, the time has come. You are ready for your mission.
I have always been a seeker. I’ve always known that I am on a BIG mission. That I am here to make a difference in the world. My mother often told me not to dream so big, because I would get disappointed when I wouldn’t achieve it. I always told her, even as a child:
“I’d rather dream big and reach halfway, than to never go anywhere”.
Although, one of my biggest frustrations in life has been that I didn’t know what that mission was. So I kept on searching around the world, education, relationships and within. I acted on my visions, intuition and inner knowing, even if I never understood where it would lead me.
This is an edited excerpt from the book "Goodness, Grace & Great Thought on Fire - how to embrace the 7 billion shades of You" by Susana Mei Silverhøj. The chaper called: Ask and you Shall Receive.
In April 2014, my family and I left Denmark to follow our dream and move to Costa Rica—to live in paradise, a life of Pura Vida.
People keep asking: Why Costa Rica? I wish I knew the whole bigger picture of the divine grace of life so that I could give you an answer. But for now, let´s start from the beginning, and maybe one day I´ll be able to answer. However, this is what I do know:
Miracles happen all around the world. Question is why they happen in Lourdes? This small French town is one of Europe’s most powerful healing shrines and one of the worlds most-visited of all Christian pilgrimage sites. How can this be correlated to the Mayan prophecy?
Miraculous cures have been associated with Lourdes since a young servant girl named Bernadette Soubirous claimed to see radiant visions of Virgin Mary in 1858. There have been 70 miraculous cures of incurable diseases officially documented by the Roman Catholic Church’s Medical Bureau.
The unofficial numbers of miraculous cures and healings are much greater – at least 7000. Today, more than 5 million pilgrims visit every year to be healed.
What happened in 1858?
How can the miracles happen?
And how can these healings be explained?
